We are looking for another person to join our team who will support our B2B and B2C clients in the development of their companies, with particular emphasis on their marketing activities.

We are Marketing Transformers who have been advising B2B companies in sales, marketing and customer service since May 2019. On a day-to-day basis, we work with small and medium-sized companies which we become business partners with helping them achieve their goals, increase their revenues and profits.

What will you do?

  • comprehensive consulting in conducting marketing campaigns in various industries
  • developing, reviewing and implementing marketing campaigns (performance marketing, offline, content marketing)
  • supervising implemented strategies: analyzing and optimizing customer marketing processes
  • preparing audits of marketing activities (including e.g. Google Analytics
  • configuration, content marketing, social media, newsletter)
  • business customer service (videoconferences, email)
  • ongoing cooperation with a team of consultants

Apply if:

  • you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing
  • you have experience in servicing business customers
  • you know Google Analytics, FB Ads, Google Ads and Ads Editor, LinkedIn Ads, Keyword Planner, Ads Manager, Audience Insights, Google Tag Manager very well
  • you have been successful in achieving business goals
  • you freely manage the implementation of projects
  • you speak and write the Polish language perfectly, and you know English on a communicative level (at least B2)
  • you can perform a comprehensive market and competitive analysis

Nice to have:

  • experience in e-commerce or IT

  • experience in working for different organizations
