Reservation and user account. When making reservations and/or creating a user account, you must provide your basic data, such as name, email address, telephone number.
You can modify your data assigned to your account at any time using the options available after logging in to the panel.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the service contract that you conclude with the administrator on the basis of the regulations.
Your personal data is processed for the duration of the contract referred to above. You can decide to delete them at any time, which will also result in the removal of your personal data from the database. Remember, however, that deleting an account does not delete the data appearing on invoices if they have been issued.
Invoices. If we issue an invoice for you for the services we provided, we process your personal data to the extent necessary to issue the invoice. The legal basis for the processing of your data, in this case, is the fulfilment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice. In addition, all issued invoices are included in the accounting documentation, therefore your data will be naturally processed as part of this documentation for the period of time required by law.
Complaints. If you file a complaint, you provide us with the data contained therein, and we process this data in order to implement the complaint procedure.

Newsletter. By subscribing to the newsletter, you provide us with your personal data in the form of your name, surname and e-mail address, and we process this data in order to send you the newsletter.
The legal basis for the processing of your data, in this case, is your consent expressed by checking the appropriate content of the checkbox when making a reservation or creating an account.
The data provided in the booking form when subscribing to the newsletter will be saved in the mailing system database and will be stored there for the entire duration of the subscription unless you unsubscribe from the newsletter earlier, which will automatically delete the data from the database.
E-mail contact. By contacting us via email, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the sender’s address. In addition, you can also include other personal data in the text of the message.
